Catamaran Bean To Bar

Starting with a catamaran sail to Soufriere, the Bean to Bar journey takes you through the lush scenery at Project Chocolate. A tutorial on the Seederie and tour of the Rainforest, before you experience crafting your own chocolate bar using Estate grown cocoa. You will really go from the Cocoa bean nibs to your own Chocolate Bar. Following this you will have lunch at the sumptuous Hotel Chocolat’s “Market Place” dinery with its unique cuisine, where every item on the menu incorporates a hint of coca. After your day you will be ready to relax in the therapeutic Mud Baths and enjoy swimming and snorkeling between the iconic twin peaks. On our return we will pass through Marigot Bay and experience a beautiful Lucian Style Sunset and keep your fingers crossed for the Green Flash.
